How we operate
At The Deli Cart we take pride in delivering the best deli food at reasonable prices. If your expectations have not been met, we would love to hear from you to make it right.
Online Refund & Returns
If something’s not quite right with your online order, please contact us straight away and we will do what we can to put it right.

If a product is not quite right, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment or gift card if this is not available.
In order to improve our service, we may ask for photos of any damage or products.
Because of food authority regulation we cannot accept food back for a change of mind. We only refund items if a mistake was made in our end.
We do not refund shipping costs.
If an item is not available we will refund the amount of the item when we fulfill the order.
