Pecora Bella is an excellent cheese from Sardaformaggi.
Sardaformaggi was born in Buddusò, a prestigious agro-pastoral area in the heart of Sardinia, in 1963: thanks to a long dairy tradition, the company is today a point of reference for the entire sector thanks to the high-quality standards and the vast assortment of products.
An ancient vocation born thanks to the creativity and commitment of its founders: the brothers Nino, Pietro and Salvatore Mura together with their cousin Costantino Saba.
The entire production takes place in Buddusò, a rural oasis known for its natural and uncontaminated pastures, and an ideal environment where the cheese acquires a unique and inimitable flavor.
The natural pastures, the non-intensive farming but also the seasoning in the mountain dairy (in fact the Buddusò plant is the only one in Sardinia to be located at over 700 meters high) and the craftsmanship of some steps of the production process have made Sardaformaggi synonymous with excellence and quality among consumers and professionals.
