Cured meat and cheese maintain theirs freshens up to months, for the best we recommend opening within 30 days since package shipment confirmation. Papandrea selected only the highest quality, high marble score (MB8+) Australian Wagyu for this mouth-watering gem.
They also created a special blend of spices including whole black peppercorns, just a hint of garlic and a generous splash of Aussie Shiraz. Slow cured and air-dried, it all comes together in a salami full of well balanced flavours.

A rule of thumb for salami and salumi (cured meat) is too serve them room temperature, but it is especially recomended with this amazing product.
