Why this product
In Italy Porchetta is not only consumed fresh as a roast but more often, eaten in panini or on top of pizza and bruschetta.
It goes wonderful with grilled vegetables and soft cheeses. On antipasto boards, it can be served as it is with warm bread or toasted a few seconds in the oven to warm it up. Either way, this is one of the best smallgoods from Italy, and we are glad we found this one, which is super close in flavour and quality!
