Why this product

It wouldn’t be a proper Easter dinner in Naples without a Pastiera Napoletana for dessert. As we are overseas, there is no point on wait for Easter, and we vote for eating the Pastiera all year round!

Pastiera is not particularly difficult to make, but it does require Grano Cotto, which is hard to find in Australia, and this is why we are here for you!
