Why this brand
Casa Iuorio’s history born from grandparents that dedicated their life to raise a big family, with the daily and laborious work of their fields. The next generation learned to work the raw materials and preserve the genuine products of their family farm: eggplants, capsicums, tomatoes, broccoli, artichokes, courgettes in oil. Their daily commitment is the open field cultivation, with no greenhouses, and the artisan process to preserve fresh raw materials.
On top of that, they are committed on protecting the horticultural varieties of the Alta Valle del Sele, in the province of Salerno, a territorial area where our farm is located.
