Bolognese Sauce with Prosciutto di Parma - Dal Nonno

Bolognese sauce, despite what non-Italian thinks, is not a sauce you can pull out in 15 min, it required at least 3 hours to slow cook the sauce for the meat and vegetable to blend flavours perfectly. We have a secret to confess: at The Deli Cart we are always on the run, with many things to do over the day, and when we got Dal Nonno Bolognese box to try it saves us so many lunches! The sauce is made with a woodfire tomato sauce that gives a touch of smoked flavour and in addition prosciutto di Parma perfect balance the saltiness. This is why we want it so badly in our shop because we want our customers to have something truly delicious, ready to go, for a quick meal or when you have people come over and you don’t have any idea of what to prepare!
